Hosting a meeting on GoToMeeting

Log on to GoToMeeting

Select Schedule a meeting

Fill out the meetings information and select Save

(If you want to set a password that others must enter
to join the meeting select Password and enter the password)

Select Copy

Create a new email to send to everyone you want to invite to
this meeting and right-click and select Paste

When your meeting is about to begin log in to GoToMeeting again
and next to the meeting you wish to start select Start

If this is your first meeting select Remember my choice and
click Launch Application

Your meeting should now begin

Select Unmute Yourself and Allow

Select Share your webcam and Allow

To end the meeting just close the box on the side of your screen
(This will allow you to end the meeting for everyone or to
relinquish the host control to another person in the meeting)
