Open Sonicwall Global VPN Client

Select the "+" to add a VPN connection

Hit Next >

For IP Address or Domain Name Enter mail.caregiversnl.com

This will auto fill the name as well

Select Next >

You can check the final two boxes if you would like a desktop shortcut to be created and want that connection to start when you open the VPN client.

Pick Finish

To connect after this you can select the connection you would like to connect to and pick Enable

You can get the Pre-Shared key as well as your username and password for the IT department.
