Sign in to Skype

Select the Create a Group icon

From the contact list, drag the contacts you'd like to add to the group conversation
into the highlighted area under Empty Group

To add contacts to an existing group:

Sign in to Skype

From the Recent list, select the conversation you'd like to add new contacts to.

Click the + button to the right of the Call button, then select Add people...


Select the contacts you would like to add to the conversation(you can
select multiple participants by holding down Ctrl while selecting contacts)
and click Select. When you have finished selecting participants, click Add
