To view people's contact info if you have the Outlook app on your computer:

Simply open Outlook and under the Home tab select Address Book in the top ribbon

Next in the Address Book dropdown you can select your company:

Find the person you are looking for and double-click on their name and you will find their contact info:

Note: If you are looking for someone's cell phone number you can check under the Phones/Notes tab
